The principals of StoneBridge have over fifty years combined experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, development and construction;

Jon Silberman Principal

Jon has been a real estate broker, developer, investor and brokerage company owner since 1986. During this twenty year period, Jon has been involed in every aspect of commercial real estate in the office, industrial and retail arenas. For many years Jon’s primary activities involved working with corporate clients to solve real estate facility needs. This background gives Jon and StoneBridge a unique perspective and understanding of the needs of the corporate clients that we work with.

Over the years Jon has been involved in over 12 million square feet of projects ranging from 2,000sf to 400,000sf. Many of these projects involved leasing and purchasing existing properties in addition to the development and construction of new facilities.

Within StoneBridge, Jon’s role as a principal is to provide the capital and experience to support the activities of StoneBridge. Jon also provides general project oversight and strategic and project planning.

Randy Wilhelm Principal

Randy Wilhelm is a native Houstonian with approximately 25 years of successful experience in the commercial real estate industry and business management.  With the majority of these years being in the commercial real estate arena, he is an experienced broker and developer, assisting clients with their industrial, office and retail requirements.  In addition, Randy has a successful track record as an investor, commercial real estate brokerage company owner, owner of a multiple store retail business, and branch manager of oil and gas businesses.
